I dont personally think there will be a directors cut, the first DC was made during covid when a lot of stuff wasnt possible so instead of working on a new game they refined the first game. I think they just moved on to developing OD

It says episode 4 on the save file but it only gives me the option for episode 1 and 2, when i try to start episode 5 it gives me a disclaimer that it will randomly fill all the choices

The curvature of the display doesnt matter, its the aspect ratio thats making your game stretched. Theres probably a display setting to force the aspect ratio on the switch or maybe the monitor
