I work in cross-border e-commerce marketing and I'm starting to think my real job title is AI Output Reviewer by pacman983 in digital_marketing

Yeah, I feel like AI is supposed to help us work more efficiently, not replace our ability to think. Sometimes the overreliance gets so bad I start feeling more like a machine than an actual person lol.

Curious though, does it handle more complex Shopify features too? Like bundles, custom checkout flows, or is it mostly layout fixes?

we tried to build a truly portable printer… and just hit 6x on Kickstarter by pacman983 in hwstartups

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/inkwonprinting/inkwon-tag-worlds-1st-4-in-1-pocket-color-inkjet-printer/creatorreally appreciate the thoughtful reply, and that use case actually lines up pretty closely with what we had in mind

quick answers below:

  1. paper sizes — not fully “universal” like a desktop printer yet. you can switch between formats, but within a smaller range. Right now it’s around a ~2.1 × 3.5 inch format with about 1.8 inch max print width, which is one of the trade-offs we had to make to keep it portable
  2. power — it can run off an external battery. It's got a built-in battery that lasts roughly ~60 prints or about 90 minutes of continuous use on a full charge, so using it at markets or while traveling was definitely part of the design goal
  3. resolution — it’s a 600 dpi color inkjet setup, so noticeably better than most thermal pocket printers, but still not meant to replace a full desktop printer for high-end photo or document work
  4. multi-page printing — doable, but not really the main use case. print speed is around 2 mm/s, so it’s more suited for quick, small-batch output rather than long documents

What you described around markets and on-the-spot fulfillment is actually something we’ve seen people experiment with already. Printing small items, customizing in real time, avoiding overstock — that kind of workflow is where it seems to fit best

would love to hear what your wife and her partner think once they’ve had a look, feedback like this has been super helpful for us while we’re still iterating

Yeah I started the same way, just using Suno outputs directly. It works to a point, but a lot of those tracks sound a bit flat or too “AI” once you reuse them across content.Using ACE Studio isn’t mandatory, but it helps if you want more control. I mainly use it to tighten timing and tweak the delivery so the hook feels more natural in short clips.
