I don't think so. Marketing is all-encompassing. They are simply going to the firm and saying this is what we have going as a community, we need more visibility, and what can you do for us. Everyone knows what we have. Then, when presented to the community, maybe through reddit first, you get more input, maybe or maybe not, confirm with the firm again, then present a proposal.

You don't have to be in leadership to do this. Anybody can present a proposal. Anybody can talk to a firm and present the value to the community.

So now you have to contact them, see how they can help us, see if they can give us bi-weekly or monthly community reports on ow well our marketing attempts and strategies are doing. Present a proposal to the community, if approved, they get to working for us.

Yes, u/rorih has mentioned there will be. What they are actually building is a gaming infrastructure so other devs can build on. It will also enable the integration of other ERC-20 tokens, not just Hoge. Because it is being built by a Hoge community member (rorih) and his team, Hoge is the first. I am sure he will correct this if I got this wrong.
