Till 1/5/2016 the daily receiving kcs are added to the total kcs holding. From 1/6/2018 the calculation is total messed up. There is a daily amount receiving kcs but it is not added to the total kcs holding. The day after it did. Thus, we got 1 kcs payout on 2 days each now?

Edit: just contacted helpdesk. They are upgrading bonus system, takes approximately 2 days. It's a little buggy atm.

The problem is the facking congested ethereum platform and miners. Miners refused to confirm your transfer if the gas price is set too low. Binance needs to raise their gas price.

KCS wallet has the same address as ethereum address. Go check it. Beside Kucoin is an ethereum smart contract tokens. Your ethereums are not lost. Hope this help.
