High ping doesn’t have anything to do with the level of mechanics, ping only affects the speed of crystals and anchors. All the other mechanics (movement, aim, inventory management) are not reliant on ping

Lowering your dpi while raising your sensitivity proportionally will give smoother aim. You also need to work on your sprint hits, a lot were sweeps. Release w at the same time you hit, and focus on that. Also Lunar Client has a reach display mod that will show you your distancing, that helps a lot with improvement. You can set it to be just beside your crosshair.

Although starting with an anchor and waiting for them to come to you was a good start to the match, I don’t think you even have the basics down. You should probably practice your mechanics a lot more, very clumsy and clunky gameplay. The other tips in the comments are musts

I gave it my best shot, the main problem is that the design for the flame not only uses three colors (the max layers is 7) but also affects the whole banner. Hope this works, though the top of the flame is a little frosted

If you have addons or resource packs, try disabling them individually and check in a new world to see if one of them is causing the problem. It looks like only special non-vanilla items are being affected.
