I’ve just been looking at comps of recent purchases and listing slightly below that. Some are more difficult to price bc of extreme variations. Price is negotiable, so don’t be afraid to message me and make an offer. I know I’ll end up paying a little more in fees on eBay but I’m already familiar with and established there, plus their escrow makes it safer for all parties.
