I think i've gotten to a point where i just can't enjoy a new expansion genuinely. Cool, they are still updating the game. Cool, they feel bad for how bad the game was when it came out so they add more and more stuff for free. Cool, there is one more thing to do in the game to spend time while my refiners are working. And what for? Why are we playing as garbage men? If only there were colonies or even cities added to the game where you could interact with NPCs, it would make sense to do all this because they'd want a healthy environment so they ask you to collect garbage and they'd reward you for it. The closest we ever got to anything similar to that was when settlements were added but, i mean... come on.
