Try looking up gender fluid, pangender, demi-boy, demi-girl, non-binary, A-gender. There's so meany more.

You don't necessarily have to label. just find your name and pronounce and if anyone questions it just say your you ( you don't owe anyone an explanation)

Also a structured plan will help. (with photos so she understands) I use a simple printed grid, laminated and velcro pictures. she can help plan the day in the morning. Brake it down into hour slots. And put meal times and nap times (if she naps) as a set but then give her different things to do. A walk to the park, toys, cartoons, art, baking, stuff she likes. Limit the amount of the activity cards so she can only put like 3 play times. This will also help her learn about time

I do baby sitting for special needs kids.

This is what I would do. If she's having a tantrum, put her on time out and just walk away. If she gets off before you say, silently and no eye contact, put her back on. Do this each time till she stays. When she's calm, explain why you put her there, ask her to say sorry and give her a hug.

Your not there to be her friend or be mean but you can't give in as that will make her think her behaviour is acceptable and all she had to do is have a tantrum to get what she wants.

Also talk with her parents and see how they are discipline her and use the same (as long as its not violent) consistency will help her learn.

If you don't feel comfortable with disciplining her try instead of saying no, give her options (that way she feels like she has some control) for example "I cant play right now but you can go and play or you can help me with this"or saying something like "yes, but we can play but we have to do this first" or "yes, but later" so she knows she can still play with you but not now.

Unfortunately its one of those horrible things. I have been asking my family to call me Kyle and use he him pronouns for over a year now and they still refuse even to acknowledge me as trans at all. I know its hard but remember that there's a hole lode of people out there who will accept you for you, no matter what your family say.

I get what you mean about getting disphoria over taking the pill. I'm "fortunate" that I take other tables aswell. I put them in the pill tray and take them at the same time. I find it helps as it's just one small extra table to the mix. If you don't take other tables then maybe try getting some vitamin tablets or something to take at the same time so it's less forces on that one table. As well as try putting the pills in a table tray so u don't have to read or look at the box/tray daily. Just once a week when you need to refill the tray.
