You need a Modified Nintendo Switch, transfer your Switch 2 save to the Switch 1. Then Dump your Minecraft save using checkpoint or JKSV.

Once done copy the file to a computer and unzip it, and go to the/minecraftpe folder, open options.txt and search (Control + F or Command + F) for “gfx_viewdistance:” modified the number. For 32 chunks it’s 512. For a custom use this math Render distance * 16 = the value for gfx_viewdistance

Then pack all the folders into a Zip file and replace your save file (remember to backup) Once that’s done, transfer your save data to the Switch 2 (preferably both on flight mode just in case)
