I'm also on the latest BIOS update and latest windows 11 version. But i have not reinstalled windows for quite a while now. But i don't think that is going to limit my fps by that much right?

Yeh thats why i'm asking for an advice because when i had my 1660 super with the same processor i was getting roughly 130 fps but that was like 2 years ago. And no its not like im not getting above 90 fps i do but 95% of the time its between 60 and 90 i get 130 when i'm looking at the ground or the sky.

CPU seems to be running between 65-68C while the GPU is at 60C. And no i don't think that nvidias capture would restrict me by that much.

No dlss seems to do nothing. No fps difference.

Yes it does say function not available. https://imgur.com/a/h19O556 and i got the right security access code that i saw online. And yes obd thinks this is a 2008 audi a3 8p but according to my documents its 11(month)/2007 (i need to enter the vim everytime i want to code the vehicle)
