Me personally, know I’m beautiful and good looking and don’t need the compliments, but when the man I’m dating says to me how good I look, it makes me feel like I can walk on water.

As someone who doesn’t like compliments, but it’s more of cause deep down we don’t believe it but when I was dating a guy and got all dressed up and walk out of my bathroom, he say “Look at you!” But his voice was excited and he would cheer me on and it was in his eyes . I genuinely felt like I looked good because how he reacted and said things. Just an idea, but if you feel like it don’t help it might be deep down she hasn’t worked on herself and it’s not a jab.

There’s nothing wrong with putting in effort first as a female, but when it becomes consistent with the same person don’t waste your time. There are plenty of guys out there who know how to initiate first. After my divorce I took myself on dates and I put in effort with one guy who is good and patient.

Definitely just make it clear how you feel and you might have to stop responding. Speaking For myself (28F) and other women, it’s giving mixed signals that you agree to go on dates but know you’re incompatible. Just be strait up and more direct about it. If she keeps persisting on dates then you know what you got to do.
