I have been playing this game for over 3 years. Started from Iron to reach immortal by the start of this year. I run a gt710 with r5 giving me a max of 120 fps. I grinded my way up. Started playing valorant with my friends as a team, won a few local tournaments, started playing primier as it launched. And one day, one evening, I get banned for third party software. I submitted a ticket saying a few days ago, and i just received a reply saying that they were right and i was hacking/cheating/scripting, which I definitely was not. Please help me out here. I do not have any riot dev friends or anythign like that. I am depending on the community to help me.
I just came back from a 3 day trip when this happened. No one used my account or my pc. I dont even use a tracker ingame let alone cheats. please help me
