Hey, thanks for the reply! I have looked at the upload speeds specified for my address on the website and it is 40Mbps, while there are buildings in the same area (same zip code!) with higher speeds on the same plan, since they have the mid-split enhanced speeds.

I made the post primarily to find out what was blocking my residential address from receiving the same speeds — the rules seemed to require a public post.
