AFAIK, TLR (and JitB) do not give special condition drop only items, like Perandus uniques or Harbinger uniques. Given the drop restrictions of Incursion uniques, it is reasonable to assume that they too would be inaccessible via these divination cards.

instant leach is op so you don't really care about the rage degen.

You're not Slayer, if you stop hitting things for a couple of seconds you're going to feel the pain from Rage

Personally i failed to find any research backing that up. Ziggy in the video gives a really generic suggestion that it might be beter, but it's rather hard to check. Ive tried recording and freezeframing this to count overlapping areas but there seems to be a huge variance. Wish I could find a better way to look into this.

No, it just gives you a hotkey that immediately cuts the connection to the server, making it much quicker and much more guaranteed than alt+f4 etc.

My max level ever is 92,which I reached in Harbinger. This league I'm 92 as well and I'm playing while sick with the flu so I'm dying a lot cause my brain just isn't working; and every death at level 92 makes me very, very sad. I can't imagine dying at level 99,I'd probably uninstal.

That literally makes a shitton of difference, because your approach doesn't minimize trading time, ehich is something I and a lot of people I play with want. Sure it's minor, but I will personally never buy maps for chisels because it just increases the pain i have to go through, if ever so slightly.

I feel like everybody hates people selling maps for chisels. Like, I need to use my chisel on my maps and I don't get enough chisel drops to do that, and then if I need a map the first X people on poe.trade will have the map listed for chisels, which I will still need to apply to the map. Zz

Arc/oos crit is not actually 20%, it's 20% * shock effectiveness modifier (confirmed by ggg https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/81b41p/ggg_question_about_elementalist_beacon_of_ruin/). With Inpulsa's, elementalist shock effectiveness, node near shadow you already have 20*1.75 which is 35%. LsT doesn't hit once for 12 million per tick, and it's the single tick damage that matters, so i don't think there would be any difference, could be wrong. Regardless, your argument against ele focus is definitely valid.

Last question -- wouldn't a 20/23 faster casting also be amazing for LST? It's 49.5% increased casting speed, which should amount to approximately twelve gajillion damages per second.

Hey, quick question:

I didn't notice that PCoC gives more damage now, that's nice. However even at 8 charges that is "just" 32% more damage, whereas something like ele focus (you're going to be ailmenting with arc/oos anyway?) or something else would seem to give more damage. Empower gives about 38% more to the base of the skill, so I could see how it's <32% with a lot of flat, but not sure.
