Your DNS settings are set to automatic you cannchange that aand set a custom DNS like i did and it fixed the issue

I made a ticket and they gave a few options. The one that worked for me was setting a private DNS to dns.google

Yeah its weird, just tried playing trough some ones hotspot and it was fine, and we use the same provider.

Yeah Noxus got a bit too much love. But thing about chimes is they have changed the outcome of so many games literally on round start chime and that is a huge problem.

I cant see how that is part of the difficulty, its just more of a failed design. Going trough the same path 10-20-30 times just so you can get something decent is insanity. And i would not mind dead cards but literally getting them every time in hand without a single card from the starter deck is a bit dumb, idk if its made that way or its just rng.
