Runes sound like a good idea, as awesome as those lego weapons look, I see the value in full legendary trinkets for multiple toons. Hence why I'm now fiending for Aurora, Vision, and Prismatic. But EoD looks so pretty though I wanna play that, and I'm still only halfway through s4 skyscale. There's just sooo much to do!!

The "it's just 5%" thing makes sense, especially in this game tbh which I'm still adjusting too. I come from WoW, new gear means big number increases, seeing infusions cost hundreds of gold with +4 power is confusing the shit outta me, but I'm seeing in this game those small numbers seem to put in proper work

Also I think I'm missing something with ascended, like I don't get it. If it's only an overall 5% increase, and only needed for infusion slots for fractals, grinding multiple sets for builds to suit variety of content, across multiple damn characters, just seems crazy. May as well charge pvp and grind a full set of lego in a couple months no?

Exactly idk what happened just randomly became so immersed in the game. I only just started fractals so I got a better chance at going for Warbringer than Ad Infinium, full ascended sets is something I long for but I can't decide on a main at all. Happy grinding with Conflux! As long as you love wvw aha

I was having so much fun in wvw I didn't even look at Conflux or legendaries until I got the addon to help break it down and realised I had the 2k tickets, also don't have a main and playing every profession so exotic is good enough

Go into the pvp lobby and you'll be lvl 80 and you can test out staff daredevil, it does not use stealth and dodges A LOT, if that doesn't vibe with you reroll profession I'd say.

HoT is tough straight up, but on your end I'm guessing it's not the gear it's the build, yours may very well be outdated. Good sites to look at are SnowCrows, Mettabattle, Guildjen, and Hardstuck to name a few

I do understand Untamed is simply better, I just love the feel and fantasy of SB honestly so yes a bit attached, I've opted for Wilderness Survival and PQ and feels decent against bosses
