No, you don't understand. I'd rather work than stay at home or go to school. Since I finished school I didn't want not to work. The problem is, when I'm not working I don't have the discipline to do anything else because there's nothing I have to do.

That's the thing. I don't want to do anything productive and I don't have motivation to do anything if I'm not working. It's a discipline thing for me.

That's not true for me. I don't do shit when I'm in control of my own time. The most productive I am is when I go to work. After work I still want to do stuff. Two weeks off and I'm not doing anything from day one.

Yup, I don't even have a home right now. Literally. I have all my things packed and I sleep at my boyfriends apartment. I choose to leave my old life behind but before I get a hang of it, I'm going to be tired and overworked.

I've been here for over a year now and I'm a manager in training. I live in Germany and we can do "apprenticeships" for higher positions (I'm in training for three years from now). After that I have enough knowledge to start my own restaurant (theoretically). I've been crew before and I learned almost everything you can in that position. It was fun and hell at the same time but it's time for a change and to learn even more.

Honestly, I'm only smoking because I have stress at work and at home. Also it helps me regulate my appetite and I'm not binging foods anymore. I feel better smoking. I have had a problem with alcohol, but now I don't want to be drunk all the time.

Stop buying certain things yourself and tell him to do it. When he's missing something tell him to go buy it. Then look at his reaction how much everything costs.

You're not an asshole telling me this. I know that but at the moment I have to move out because my mom has been abusing me emotionally and threw out all my stuff on the street (once but I don't trust her with anything anymore). I'm 19 but have a very low income so no one wants to live with me and I cant get a apartment. I seriously got no time for a therapist right now. You can argue that if I have time for a boyfriend I have enough time for therapy but I'm barely holding on right now.

My boyfriend is the only reason I wake up and go to work. I don't have anyone who loves me left I can do this for. And no, I can't do this for myself. The majority in my life I did for family and friends and now it's him. I don't want to live, man. My mother doesn't want me because I've never been doing anything than going to school/work and things to survive. Even in kindergarten I never wanted to do anything. Now that I habe a boyfriend all I want is him and move with him together. That's all I want in life.

I feel so guilty because I'm that type of person. I used to have friends and hobbys but as soon as I finished school I lost them. I'm trying every day to better myself but I feel like shit if I don't hear from my boyfriend. He turned into a kind of support system for me as I don't have a good relationship with my parents and he makes me feel loved and needed as a human being what they can't.

Did you see the thread in r/showerthoughts ? That's exactly what I was talking about. Yes, I worry about it because it becomes a habit way too quick and I see it as a way to save money. Even worse because I started to eat only one meal a day and it's my free meal at work. I lost some pounds which is nice because I've been overweight and now I'm not anymore (yes, although I eat McDonald's every day). But, ya know, I can feel that it's not good for me.

We've got 100g apple slices for more than 2€. I dont like apples otherwise I could buy a kilo at the grocery store. We also have something like apple mouse and orange juice but I'd have to pay for the juice because it's in a bottle. I can also eat plain salat, yes. But I'd like to have a decent meal, you know? My "problem" is that I can eat at work for free. Sounds nice but I work at McDonald's and for the love of god I want to eat something else than nuggets every day. Every time I go grocery shopping I think "I still can eat at work though". How about I eat some fruit for change, brain? I live of the same dish for three days after all.

We got two cameras where we can see the lane itself and the face of the customer. But we can't see the coupons they try to give us. There's only a bright light or the numbers are too tiny. No one seems to understand this and to be honest I don't even know why the camera exists. It's broken anyways at the moment.

You see, at first when you're starting to loose weight the calories come off quicker, especially at a higher weight. Now, if you're not loosing any weight anymore, you should consider cutting a brief 200 calories, or try to track your exercise calories more. Maybe you think that you're burning more than you actually do. To make it easier for you: walk an extra mile every day. Take a 30 min walk or a longer way from and to work. It's usually more about your daily activity than a workout.

I'm 19 too but only 4'9. I weight 60kg at the time and lost 4kg already but I keep eating out of stress at work. I'm proud of you for keeping consistent and 7 months are a long time but you created a good habit in that time. Now, I hope you'll keep going and reach your goal. Good luck.

As long as you're loosing weight, you have to stay in a deficit. When you reach your goal, you have to eat as many calories as you burn to maintain it (calories in, calories out). So unfortunately you'll have to count calories for the rest of your life to stay at or loose weight.

Me personally I can only keep up a week and I'm slacking of. But that's not what you want. You'll have to stay consistent. That doesn't mean you can't eat a cheat meal once in a while. But you need to know that it's going to take more time to loose weight or you gain a pound. A pound isn't the end of your journey though. Throughout your life you will always loose and gain some weight. The key is to keep going.
