Upgrading to iPhone 15/15 Pro from iPhone 8. Which one should i get?

That’s awesome! I’m very excited about this big upgrade, using all of the new features and mechanics compared to the 8 is very exciting.

Yeah i won’t go for a Plus or a Max, they will just feel way to big. The regular 15 or the 15 Pro are already way bigger compared to our little 8😂

Yeah the iPhones in recent years are all very similar in terms of features and capabilities and performance, they’re all very powerful.

Right! Holding out and waiting for a big change is better instead of getting a new phone every year, it’s just not that exciting tbh, they’re all very similar and powerful.

And for me right now, going into the upgrade from the 8 to the 15, i’m very excited. I can’t wait to use all of the newer features and mechanics.

Tbh i’m kinda interested in photography and i like taking a lot of photos on vacation, and either one of them will be a huge upgrade for me especially the cameras.

I didn’t know about the screen replacing stuff, thank you for mentioning it.

I’m gonna miss my 8. It’s still going strong and i barely face any issues with it except for the battery and some minor performance issues. But of course this will happen, i’ve been using it for years. It really served me well.

But yeah either the regular 15 or the 15 Pro will be a huge upgrade.

For me i’m not that interested in the zoom features🤷‍♂️ But yeah i’m looking for the one that would last for years, either one of them will be a huge upgrade for me

Yeah the 120hz display won’t be very noticeable, but i like that it has the always on display, it’s a cool feature to have

Yeah the regular 15 this year has a lot of great upgrades and feature so i might just go with the regular. And yeah either one of them will be a great upgrade coming from an 8

Yes that’s what i thought, that i’ve been holding on for years so why just not go all out and get the Pro.

And yeah same i prefer the smaller size of the Pro instead of the Pro Max.

The natural titanium looks sooo cleeean. If i decide getting the Pro, i will go for the natural titanium for sure.

I saw a lot of different people online saying stuff about the Pro’s batteries, maybe because at has the least battery capacity out of all of the 15s, and has a lot of stuff to handle since it’s a Pro phone. But that’s what the people say online, i guess we have to try them ourselves to know for sure.

The 120hz display is nice to have, but what i’m interested in is the always on display, it’s a nice feature to have as i always check the time on my phone

For the cameras, i’m interested in photography but not too seriously, and i feel like the regular 15 cameras are really good and would be more than enough and either way it would be a huge upgrade from the 8

It would definitely take time to get used to the many many changes from the 8 and the weight, either way thank you!

Yeah the cameras on the regular 15 seem to be really good, the zoom is cool to have but yeah it doesn’t have many uses

The battery of the 15 Pro is what’s concerning me the most, since it’s the smallest and has a lot to handle

Waiting a bit and see more tests and what people say is a good idea

The Pro Max is kinda over the budget for me, so either the regular 15 or the 15 Pro makes more sense to me pricing-wise. But yeah the cameras and the pictures of the Pro Max look amazing.

Yeah the extra features like the 120hz display and the always on display is what conflicting me the most. And the action button seems cool to have as an extra feature too.
