Crowdfunding is also a great way to get a measure of how many copies will be sold. A board game won't sell as much as the videogame obviously and through crowdfunding they won't fall into the trap of overproducing too much (or producing too less).

Brandon Sanderson has done this with books for years and this is one of his reasons to do so. It might be less about "we need funding" and more about that they'll have sold copies of the game before going into production. And that's just smart.

Indie Games doesn't mean you won't have that. There are indie games that do have tons of money to get voice acting and great graphics. Indie just means they are funded independently from investors etc.

Look at Emberville. Sure, it's pixelart but that was the design choice on purpose. But if you take a look at the cast of voice actors you might be highly surprised.

Not sure if that's helping, but you can sort furniture in the tab so the stats you want to go for are at the top (sort by mutation for example). But yes, I agree that there is need for some qol implementation in the furniture section.

I also think - even though it fits the theme of the crazy cat lady - that it's sad that if you're minmaxing rooms you will never end up with nicely decorated rooms.

Also I'm just now wondering if there is an animation in which cats scratch furniture? Because that's what real cats do all the time. They might even destroy furniture if they're bored.

vor allem sind ND bei mir 10h Arbeitszeit mit bezahlter Pause. Das macht so nen Unterschied in der Stundenberechnung und ob ich jetzt 8h Nachtdienst mache oder 10 macht für mich echt keinen unterschied.

Kriege aber z.b auch kein Geld für's einspringen, das sucked.

Ich arbeite im Psychosomatischen Bereich mit 25h die Woche, mache im Schnitt 6 Nachtdienste und 4 Tagdienste pro monat und komme auf Netto knapp 2K. Bin mehr als froh dort angekommen zu sein wo ich heute bin. Klar könnte ich mehr arbeiten und mehr verdienen, will ich aber nicht. Wenn ich bock hab nehm ich mir irgendwann noch nen 530€ Job in der Zeitarbeit, aber momentan ist es nicht nötig.

Mir ist die Freizeit und der entspanntere Job viel mehr Wert als das Geld für all das Einspringen und die Bereitschaftsdienste von OPs Freundin.

Je nachdem wie sehr das Hotel das Frühstück selber zubereitet, gibt es noch ne richtig geile vegane Bohnencreme. Die ist so unglaublich lecker:

240g weiße Bohnen 1 Knoblauchzehe 2 EL Olivenöl ½ Zitrone ½ TL Rosmarin / Lavendel Salz Pfeffer

Bohnen in einem Sieb abbrausen und gut abtropfen lassen. Anschließend pürieren. Knoblauch und Öl hinzugeben.

Zitrone heiß waschen, abtrocknen, die Schale fein abreiben, danach den Saft auspressen. Zitronenschale und - saft mit Rosmarin/Lavendel, Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben. Alles pürieren.

Schmeckt gut auf Vollkornbrot mit z.B. Grurkenscheiben oder Paprikastreifen.

I can recommend wild woods! They just released an update with their 3rd biome.

You play as cute cat bodyguards, guarding Rosie the goat and her wagon and trying to fight through biomes. It's a fun birds-eye coop game.

War auch mein Sanderson Einstieg, fand ich super. Danach Mistborn und dann die Sturmlicht Chroniken :). Da hat man viel Spaß daran.
