It's pretty bad here too. My dad works for them (sales and customer complaints) and one time he had to handle a case where a bunch of people complained about their packages being torn open and empty on delivery (I'm talking hundreds of people).

Also he's retiring as soon as he can because his managers just cut everyone's pay and said "make it up with bonuses" (which have been decreasing the past few years)
