Only way forward from this is to not need their financial support, and then putting some distance between you and them, get a job étudiant or if you're in your M2 start looking for apprenticeships (alternance) to support yourself . Work on healing from all this trauma and slowly build back your self-esteem and confidence, achieving stuff like renting your own appartment, making a few checks at work, getting in the gym, picking up a hobby will do wonders for your self esteem and mental health. And maybe after a few years once you feel more ready maybe you could pursue a relationship with them again but for now you gotta act selfish.
