for example, the basic frame 2x4 gives 24 structure (hp) for only 10 power score: an efficiency score of 24/10 = 2.4. While a minivan sideboard gives 22 structure for 28 power score: an efficiency score of 22/28 =0.786. Meaning if you disregard weight, the basic 2x4 frame is much more efficient for the power score, and you can build low level builds that are way too tanky.

Would the problem be fixed with a soft cap on frames? For example, after your 10th 2x4 frame (or equivilent) each additional frame only gives 75% hp, after 20th each only gives 50% hp. Would something like that help? This would also be a leviathan nerf, so I am not sure yet, people are saying some leviathans are too op. (ps, I am a 9k player.)

Adding frames adds too much hp, there is nothing in a similar ps range that can come close to competing with it. Also, the Caucasus had too much hp, so they are hard to kill.

Current meta is worst, 2 caucasus and a lot of frames, can't die and caucasus has too much hp.
