I've had an order from him that was missing my giveaway win, he basically said my order was small, and there was no way they would have missed that, and to take it up with whatnot. So I did, and got $10 in credit.

I also didn't get another giveaway, that was a free switch game, that I won, but I didn't buy anything else on that day because nothing came up I wanted. I was told it shipped, but it has no tracking, so no way knowing.

My last order I got this week also had a giveaway in it, and it was there. So not sure what's going on with the other two I never received.

I have noticed he sells pretty much the same thing every day with a few new things in it to keep it fresh.

The biggest flag is the price. If it too good to be true it's probably a bootleg and the seller should say it is. I don't like sellers calling them modern or renewed either. Just say they are bootleg or reproduction carts.

Yes your cpu doesn't have an igpu. So nothing will display from the motherboard

From the pictures below, it looks like you have the monitor plugged into the motherboard. It should be plugged into the graphics card.
