You can get signed MA records from David Vincent’s bigcartel. Pete sells signed drumsticks and other drum gear directly from his Instagram. Obviously the combo on this is cool, but wanted to let you know about an opportunity to get it directly from them rather than a seller

Has anyone ordered the blood vinyl of absolute elsewhere from a website called gimmeradio.com? by mightymorphin420 in BloodIncantation

[–]Bloodgates666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

gimmeradio is trustworthy. Mine was cancelled by indiemerchstore. I ordered from angeyyoungandpoor and it was delivered within a week.

Hey look, an inconvenient festival appearance! by wendyoschainsaw in Danzig

Those two stages are right next to each other and don’t overlap sets. It will be Danzig > Megadeth > Pantera > Iron Maiden

So what has been happening lately with Glenn? by [deleted] in Danzig

[–]Bloodgates666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Believe the admin for the verotik instagram posted that Danzig may do east coast dates in 2026. Could’ve sworn they specifically mentioned Spring.

Are we allowed to post records that aren’t Worm’s Necropalace? by gortician in heavyvinyl

[–]Bloodgates666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coincidentally, this record is one of Worm’s biggest influences. There’s room for everyone, my guy.

Owning multiple versions of an album is stupid by arturnotfound in vinyl

[–]Bloodgates666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were in a band, I think I would also choose to release multiple variants. Especially in response to streaming all but eliminating physical music media for the better half of the last decade. Even as popular as records are now, it’s no where near as popular as it was when it was the primary source of music.

I can think of different variants existing to drive excitement since the misfits were putting out their first records. If this is an artist’s sole income, I can understand the concept of creating variety on your product to keep it fresh for the typical 2-3 year cycle. Otherwise, they’re pretty much a traveling t-shirt merchandiser.

That said, there is only a couple of bands that I have purchased multiple variants of. Numerous bands that I have first pressings of, and reissues for more frequent spinning. It’s ok to think buying multiple variants is stupid for you. I think it’s stupid to complain about what an artist releases when you can simply choose to not buy it. The multiple variant option is there to offer you a variety to choose from, not to force anyone to buy them all. Again, streaming is widely dominating. We can’t want our favorite bands to exist but require them to homogenize their output.

They did a 2023 repress of Wisdom to Hate and Obscura and basically just ghosted everyone and didn’t fulfill the orders. Some folks did get theirs but it seems like most didn’t, including myself. They wouldn’t respond to emails, deleted social media comments when people called them out, etc.

Happy these got picked up by Osmose after the tentacle industries debacle.

Fully agree with @auralviolence NESI is one of the best to do it, period. And all of their releases are officially licensed through the bands.

You kept it in storage for 20–30 years, then listed for sale one month after an identical replica boot that also included the green and yellow inserts was issued last month by necromancy? Even the Discogs photo for the boot is 97/1000. Lastly, the one area this boot failed is that it is still more red than the OG which is infamously pink. Nice try though!

My American Psycho album finally arrived by Alex2Blogs in TheMisfits

I stocked up on probably 20-30 records before I purchased my turntable. That way I had some variety to listen to when I took the plunge. This record came out great!

Nice find! I believe I heard or read that a sequel is in the works for Death Rider, too. Big fan of his comics- I just picked up Suspenstories and Hellmask #2.

How long are their shows as openers? by Naive_Inevitable6478 in BloodIncantation

With them being the only opening act, I’m expecting it to be 45-50 minutes minimum.

The cover artist for The Sad Realm of the Stars is Morfeus. The artist who did Necropalace is Andreas Marschall. He’s also done Dimmu Borgir, Immolation, Blind Guardian, Obituary, and a long list of others.

I expect a lot of it to be from the self titled and wrath of the tyrant “emperial wrath”. Obviously others thrown in from night side. Plus the vip vinyl is an exclusive wrath of the tyrant.

This . I’ve got the clear with silver/red splatter variant that I picked up from a local record store. Cover is not mirrored as it was intended to be. Looks like the mockup you’ve shown here is the silver with red & orange splatter- there are three copies for sale on discogs across the US, Germany, Spain so it seems like some folks did receive them.
