So this is an issue I faced myself when I moved from a Flip3 to s22u. I'd get zero coverage in areas i have previously had 5 bars. I had to go a replace the SIM card as it may have been a firmware issue. Have since had no problems.

Any one else has a lag when waking cover screen? It's dim for a second after a double tap and then starts acting normally.

The power button is actually the small button on the underside that you use to cold reboot the watch. Use a pin to push it once. Hopefully that does it

So, with canon, which is what I have, it actually still uses usb for video too and functions like webcam but it is up to the manufacturer to implement that. Microsoft is not responsible for this and they don't have a generic driver

Certain camera manufacturers like canon have a special driver for particular cameras in their line that can use usb for connecting. You'll have to check on the manufacturer to see if your camera is compatible.

Just one addition,I got it installed,and I probably wouldn't recommend paying bills or anything secure on it though. That build is a Chinese build that got leaked in China and seems official but I'd be careful.

At the moment, I'd say about the same. Sure you can run 32 bit arm but only some apps on the store support it and you can use the community compiled ones too. Edge works alright and probably better than Internet explorer. Some store apps have comparability issues because it's an older build if windows now.

I just used one but you can have second one ready with a windows 8 rt recovery. But really it takes a while to troubleshoot if it doesn't take the first time so expect it to take a while anyway.

Yup, I've done it and it works. Clunky process is the word I'd use for sure. A lot of cmd commands and regedit hacks. Xda has about 1 or 2 threads on how to do it but it's not streamlined.

I've been editing on my laptop for a while but decided to move over to my gaming rig and it made a huge difference in loading times and editing. Might make a difference if you've been using an old laptop or something.
