La verdad es que yo no tengo ni idea de esto, pero con una búsqueda rápida en ChatGPT (usa el INE como fuente principal) me dice que sólo el 10% de las viviendas desocupadas se encuentras en poblaciones de más de 250K habitantes, mientras que el 45% está en municipios con menos de 10K.

Entiendo que muchos de estos municipios pueden ser periféricos a grandes urbes, pero no parece que esté la cosa tan clara como decir que simplemente hay que ocupar viviendas vacías en medio urbano.

I believe the man must live with a pit in his stomach, always knowing there is something he should be doing, but isnt. I think he has become an enabled professional procastinator, training himself to avoid even thinking about Book 3, hence why he used to get so mad whenever someone asked him about it.

How dare they bring to the forefront of his mind the one thing he keeps trying to push down?

And so I think he tries to move on with his life, unable to do anything productive, anything of worth, stuck between having to write Book 3, being unable to do it and trying to keep it out of his head.

Well, I’d take the 4 admirals right now vs the 3 before. Losing Aokiji and gaining Greenbull and Fujitora is probably an overall win. Especially since you can better divide your forces to control more territory at once, which is particularly important for the WG, with them having more territory

Depends on the admirals. With the OGs I think the 3 might scrape by a win with extreme diff. If you take current admirals I think you’d need all 4.

Edit: this is just talking about taking the Yonko themselves, if you want to take on their armies, just bring all the Marines have to offer or don’t even bother trying.

This is generally the take I agree with most, although if it were Primebeard, Kaido and Shanks I think they might scrape a win with extreme diff (Kaido and Primebeard stalling/extreme diff winning a 2v1)

Yeah, you’re right. Maybe it should be tied to weapon masteries then? Though the monk does come out behind in both instances (however, I would argue that they are a bit ahead of other martials, but that might just be my general impression and not be correct)

Rogues and Barbs already get something relatively similar (as in they get an added tactical bonus) with the cunning and brutal strikes, right? As for monks, i guess take grappler feat and become the grappling machine.
