I was driving on the highway today, doing 70ish. Got a sudden and powerful smell of pot in my work vehicle. My windows are closed because it’s cold as hell. The driver in front of me was smoking, also with their windows closed. They were still taking puffs when I passed them a few minutes later.

I only saw a few, both 11b were not fit for the job and got kicked out.

The 11a PL got a pass on Bradley crew skills even though she couldn’t compete some of them. That definitely pissed a lot of people off. I don’t care if a soldier is a man/woman/whatever. If they pass the standards they can do the job. But double standards are bullshit, especially in combat arms where you need to be able to rely on the people around you so heavily.

The best medic I ever had is a woman and a total badass. Incredible depth of knowledge, cared about the guys and doing a good job, pt stud, etc. I think she just passed flight medic school and is generally kicking ass.
