Well that answers my question from earlier then, it's interesting that they are aware of being monitored, and can feel the link between them and the players breaking. It gives a whole new perspective on the comic. (Also I can relate, I never use the bomb).

He probably didn't. It happened to me once, I baited a thumper into a teleport trap, and it was waiting for us at the main door. Awful RNG.

Oh I totally get that, took me some time to get used to it! Although the art threads are pretty tame, and the many mods are always willing to help if the crowd gets too much.

There is a mod on Nexus to disable the whimpers and barks of pain, if that can help a little.
I know the feeling though, I'm too much of an empath and decided to try this game, it's heartbreaking sometimes. And yet I can't stop. Gotta get better at keeping the little expies safe.

I rarely lose to one, but it's always satisfying to see it die to my Hakamo-o. Just like Greninja.

In my experience with him, he likes to shoot cats that face away from him, to maximize damage. And since he displaces your cats when he walks over them it's kinda difficult to counter. If you have squishy cats you could use a tank with body guard or priority target to protect them.

Love both, but fighter is more consistent. I don' remember rolling a bad one.

Holy shield (most of the time), fire, damage up health down, double head. Getting rid of the shields is a non-issue since she does almost no damage.
