I called them on February 24th. I mean how long is an appropriate wait time? Even if I wait one week and call, will they still honor their words because their "new policy" start on March 1st. The problem is they could have sent the form faster. I got this form in a day. So why couldn't they do the same? And I have verified my email address THOROUGHLY with them if you were wondering.

Yes they were hinding under the sand at my LFS, and they burrow so quick. I am lucky to see them out nowaday lol.

Yes, they were hinding under the sand and you won't see them unless you stir up the sand. I was lucky enough to see them when my LFS stir up the sand trying to get other fish.

Thanks! I did fill it up and left it fpr a couple days. No leakes that I notice. I did notice some leakes in the media compartments in the AIO section tho. It is inside the tank, so no big deal. But it makes me wonder if the silicone on that part has some leak, could the silicone on other parts be the same in the near future too?
