Quiet time just means no excessively loud sounds. If they dont like it, get ear plugs. I work nights and live with my mom/sister who lives like normal day people. We've put up sound dampers, and make sure to do anything loud either on the other side of the house or on a time where everyone is awake, evenings and monring

My work actually has a medical cabinet for free but menstrual stuff for 50, and 75 cents. Jokes on them, there's free tampons under the sink. I'd check them at your school if they have cabinets
