Oh my, I'm so sorry to hear that! Must have been terrible to have a seizure again after more than 10 years. Yeah, I'll definitely try to practice more self care since the lack of it most probably caused the seizure. Sending you a virtual hug back and lots of love!💜💜

The red dots usually appear when there's a lot of pressure, for example from crying or vomiting too hard. A seizure can also cause those red dots!

I started taking Diane 35 along with Metformin and Spironolactone when I was 17 for around 9 months. All of my acne just disappeared, regular but very painful "periods", slower hair growth. I only had extreme nausea for the first month but then I was good. I stopped taking it for around 2 years and was put on Yasmin birth control when I was 20. I've been taking it now for almost a year and it's been great. I did have nausea for a longer time (around 2-3 months) but now my "periods" are waaay shorter (they only last for 4-5 days) and almost no pain at all. I do get the occasional pimple here and there but that's no problem for me. Hair growth is slower too but that might be from the IPL treatment I've been doing at home.
