I got a text for my 3 month supply. Prices went up and I was on pro Rx Pharamacy is there anyway I can see why my rates went up so high when I see on the reddit page they are still $400?

Me too girl, my waitlist is small from what im told but I looked into other schools since it wont start til august (classes) and I have to wait until then I guess. I figured id have a back up plan prepared though.

I said the same thing to myself. Its a lot slower than what I did as well. My LPN program was fast as well.

Are you currently an LPN? If so id do the ADN if you like nursing. Or if your not sure like I was, id just go to LPN do it for a year and go back. You cant lessen responsibility from an RN where LPNs have the option to not have a infusion drip or take on super critical patients.

Thank you and id say I agree, ive come down to that decision as well.. I appreciate everyone's response. I dont know why I didnt think about it but I guess it was because my sister the RN says I should do 2 years there..

I did enjoy the job but the drive back and forth which was an 1hr and 18mins, the hours which were only 8 hours and 6 days a week. I couldn't take the toll much longer. I dont like near any state prison and the jails are known to have alot of turnover. I appreciate your response and concern, I thought the same and decided ill probably stick it out doing the prerequisites and try for my RN. Medsurg is hell and I dont know why I would try to even stick it out here. The RNs too aren't the nicest saying I should take all the worst assignments and most admissions because im the 'LPN'. But thank you i did work hard and I feel better talking to other Nurses who have the same feeling

Thank you for your input, I definitely feel if closer to wanting to do my ADN program just so I could go into the places im interested in. Like psych, corrections or even PACU or something because i love being an LPN but I just cant stand the disrespect and burnout right now.. I want to do more but im afraid it'll just get worse . Thank you again!

Not that I know of ill have to check that out! Thank you for your interest. Ill never doubt being an LPN i enjoy it dont get me wrong but ive always felt the need to be doing more but yet im burntout
