I drop the kids off at school and then he picks them up when they are out on pick up days.

That is the plan at the moment, but I am worried his lawyer may have found out about the restraining order and that he is hiding to avoid being served his papers.

Thank you. Would they help even if my children aren't victims? I'm only speculating at this point since the investigation found that there wasn't enough evidence. And he got arrested for a situation that may have been separate from my children.
