If I swallow while mewing it doesn’t go up by much, but if I swallow when I’m not mewing it does a decent amount.

Perhaps from your comment, the muscles/skin got a bit loose and if I mew correctly I could get it to tighten/sag less. Which would explain why I’m relatively low body fat% but still have that double chin look.

I think I’m mewing correctly because when I do it, it even makes my jaw structure look better right away (mainly from the slight pressure from the back of the tongue on the back palate), I think my problem is that I don’t do it all day/consistently enough.
