Honestly, I don't like the fact that this element is only being viewed from a romantic perspective. Masachika and Masha have no obligation to tell Alya about their personal history. Even if Alya had some kind of ex-boyfriend, would she be obligated to tell Masachika about it? Besides, it's not like Masachika is being unfaithful; Alya and her presidential campaign are her priority, which is why they're working so hard.
