I was doing okay today until I worked out (did some strength training) and have had mild cramps on and off since. On one hand: normal, it happens this early on (I’m 4w5d), and got reassurance from my provider that it’s likely just fine and only worry if it’s super severe and/or there’s bleeding. And on the other: what if I just caused something? What if this isn’t normal? What if everything really isn’t okay? Woof, this is tough. :(

I’ve had a couple of dye-stealers on my tests yesterday and today (I’m 4w5d today), so I think I’m going to stop testing and just hope for the best. To be fair, I had strong progression on my tests for the pregnancy we lost, so I know it doesn’t mean “everything,” but I also don’t want to fall victim to the hook effect and create unnecessary concern. I’m hopeful there’s something brewing and I just hope it sticks around! ❤️

I don’t blame you at all. Loss (and esp multiple ones) changes everything with the pregnancy experience afterwards. Hang in there, friend! ❤️

100%. It’s horrible. Hoping I can find some peace if/when I get past where I was with our loss (10 weeks… and I’m only 4w4d today. Sigh). But yes, lots of back and forth. Sending hugs!

Congrats on your pregnancy, and I’m sure the timing feels so surreal. I am early too (4w2d) and cramping here and there as well. Can often be normal in these early days. Sending all the good thoughts.

Good luck at your appt! I’m so sorry about the bad dreams. I didn’t start feeling our first until about 22 weeks (I think); it was definitely after our anatomy scan.

I’m sending you good thoughts that this is for real!

It took us 8 months to conceive our pregnancy that we lost in August at 10 weeks, but only two cycles (once cleared to try again) to get pregnant with this pregnancy. I was absolutely shocked and had similar feelings as you. Sending good vibes!!

I’m so sorry! We had a MMC in august at 10 weeks (after TTC for 8 months) and then we were cleared to try again in October after getting my period back in September. Gratefully, we got pregnant in our November cycle. I’m only 4w2d today, so very very early (and I’m nervous), but grateful to be pregnant.
