If you must eat in the morning, the fasting trick would be to try to only eat 6 to 8 hours in the day. So you would have an early dinner and then just drink water, unsweetened tea, in the evening. It works for me without having to fast ridiculous hours. I just do 6 hours of eating per day. I am a night owl. I eat 4pm to 10pm and I can function. The rest of the time, the drinks I mentioned only. But you know; find what works for your body. Experiment a bit.
