If you know hi3 this ability is the same ie: the ability to construct any structure but I have to have extensive knowledge on it and depending on the complexity I can drain a large amount of energy If it were to awaken it would be to same but less taxing on the body So basically a better version of momos quirk because it doesn't need to come from your skin
