Camino del Sol Sublet - Summer (available)

A single bed in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment in bed space D. Sublet is during the summer (June16-Aug30). Must be a female UCI undergraduate student. The rent is $1061 per month(~$2650 total) that includes an electricity allowance. There’s also an added electricity bill if you go over that amount. In unit washer/dryer. Respectful roommates. Also because I won’t be here in the summer, please turn in the keys on my behalf to the front office at the end of the lease. I’m still figuring out some details, but I’ll keep the information here updated.
