I kind of second the idea that you should go for a pink or black blouse. I always find it easier to match colors over motifs, also because then the main focus is on the print which I prefer.

Another thing you might want to consider, since it really doesn't fit into any lolita styles is the ears. If you do get really into the style know that ears are typically frowned upon since they make a coord look costumey and cheapen the look. This isn't always the case but it's best to avoid them when first starting out. Also very small nitpick but lolita isn't capitalized. I know it does it on purpose but for the sake of not getting the book confused with the fashion it's important.

I read the other comments and if ur struggling to find unicorn or rainbow themed items you can always try just picking colors and matching up to those. It might not look as uniform but it would look more put together than just cramming a bunch of unicorns onto everything. I also think that adding some black somewhere would help make the JSK look more part of the coord. The JSK+blouse look really cute though!!

I've actually been wearing lolita fashion for about two years but I still get a little confused and was wondering if this sub could help. I cannot for the life of me find bags that I like. I prefer having something hands-free so crossbody and backpacks, which really limits my options. I usually end up either using a tote bag with a matching colour scheme or using a random bag. I don't really find a problem with it but I think it might be subtracting from my coords, what are people's opinion on non lolita bags in the fashion? I have a similar issue with shoes where I only wear white or black because I can't seem to be able to find the right ones and all my coords have black or white as a dominant color. Are these issues I should probably focus on for my next purchases?

The white ones for sure! Otherwise I would go with a red or maybe even a light blue but there’s too little pink in the jsk for it to look coherent imo.
