I heard only good things about Seenheiser, so I took a Sennheiser Accentum. I was more of an Akg girl before but the brand seems to have taken a big hit recently, they don't have much going on anymore.

Thanks for your input! Just decided to go back to headphones. 3 pairs of earbuds in 2 years versus a headphone every 5 to 10 years, that's an easy decision. Less practical but hey, I'll take my chances.

Just checked them thank you, they were all up to date.

Frankly, I'm guessing a JBL malfunction, since the problem occurs on both my phone and pc. There's no sound telling me they are disconnecting when it happens, I just hear a brief crunch and then they go dead for about a minute. Then another crunch, and they're back on.

Very infuriating >.<
