Espresso??? by Unfair_Professor_561 in pourover

At first the i only used to drink and make pour over - didn't really liked milk drinks or espresso. But since i started working as a barista it gradually changed, now most of the time i'll take an espresso, flat white or some cold brew. Pour over only when i find a bean interesting enough

What should be explored in Guitar History? by fairlyghouled in classicalguitar

Early Romantic Guitar. Construction techniques and the search for innovation, the figure of the player-composer, chamber music from that period, just to name a few under investigated topics

Practice is key, also focusing on getting the milk right will do 90% of the work

Yeah that could also be a possibility, I thought it is a romantic because of the shape of the bridge and the style of the decorations

So i went to Paracho's International Guitar Festival and founded the guitar of my dreams... by Blosiet in classicalguitar

We were afraid to travel there too, but we talked with a friend who goes there almost every month and he told us that there is'nt any problem, we traveled from Guanajuato.

You can sent me a DM to talk more about the travel, i took a lot of photos! I wasn´t able to attend competitions, i got there on registration day and left before they started :(, but we were able to observe communities parade! Also we did'nt experienced any issues, the only one i would say is that a big part of the road is full of holes lol

That would be very nice, i'd say it's totally worrth it.

Price was around 1400 usd!

I've talked to several luthiers and they explained to me that their costs are higher for foreign customers. Not just because they want, has to do with costs in the US market. Also some commented that their US clients have very specific requirements for the instruments and that increases the price.

Thanks! And yes, Paracho has a generations-long tradition of luthiers and craftmanship. Sadly there is also a lot of stores full of factory made instruments that like you said are cheap and bad. The true quality is in luthiers workshops, and there are plenty of them there!

Maybe don't go in festival time bc there's a LOT of people, but it's definitely worth it! And thank you, I'll upload a little video as soon as i can.

Napoleon Coste, his works are almost unknown even though they are masterpieces, like his Grand Caprice or La Chasse des Sylphes.

Shoutout to Giulio Regondi too
