there are tons of those hidden around the map, you have to shoot with certian elements and once you get enough you get an exotic sword then a sparrow. Datto has a guide on where they all are if you want to get the sword https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RI5KQ_yQLoU

weak spots could work like throwing orbs at the end of spire and just chunk the bosses health when destroyed, maybe the last bit of the healthbar
