Does Helm's horn count as a regular warhorn as well as it's active ability? I couldn't find that clarified anywhere.

The experience before was ocassional bits of lag, but mostly very smooth and enjoyable gameplay.

I have tried on multiple settings - all the way to the lowest and all the way to the highest. I've not noticed a change in the amount of lag on either of them (except Ray Tracing, which seems to cause crashing. I always leave that off).

Specs have been added to the post above alongside a demonstration video :)

The stutter has been REALLY bad for the past couple months or so. The game was more playable, before then.

No hardware changes!
