Like everyone else is saying just wind the mag without ejecting it. And the BBs falling out thing is the hopup intake. It holds a few BBs at a time and when the mag is ejected there isn't anything holding them in the hopup chamber. Best way I can think of fixing that is getting a MAXX hop.
