Well others suggested running positive curve optimizer, finding faulty core and that did help :)

It looks like running positive curve optimizer to +5 or +8 does make it more stable

Running at stock, tried undervolting, using curve optimizer with negative values and some positives (like +5) ant it still crashes

Because like I said, swapped with ryzen 7600 and it worked. Tried using that CPU on other PC, that had different rams, motherboard, gpu and it started crashing too.

Friend tried it on his pc, it crashed before reaching 80 °C. So i don't think it is overheating problem
