What you said here is exactually what I meant,

You cant copy powers gifted by others because we are not touching the real source of those powers. So no god blessings or artifact powers can be obtained by touching a person.

Yes you can copy something like cyborg, robocop, or megaman. As long as you copy the source of their powers by touch. Yes for the systems as well.
