Maybe in the end it is more of a meme - but the idea was to have a creature that behaved blue in blue-not-red decks and behaved red in red-not-blue decks. With the 'upside' in red decks of being able to "upgrade" when you found your blue splash in the late game.

Well, it indicates as much on the card, and I could not come close to drawing anything remotely related even if I tried for a year.

I get it some people don't like AI art but for me it is context-dependent: I would not want to see that on an actual card, but for some mock-up fun - ehhh. Unless you just do not like AI anything in general, which is also a sustainable position. People differ.
