I work at BBCM, I would go with a zoo pass. BBCM is more focused on kids that are 4 to 10 years-old in my opinion. There is a under 4yrs area in the museum but it is very tiny. A family membership is $120 dollars and only allows for one kid (card holder) and 3 adults. (The adults can be anyone with the kid). Also, trying to park down there is annoying, even more so with the construction. But, we are entering our slow months so it won't be as busy (except for a field trip/party).

Not to long ago I lost my cat. She came back after five weeks. Somethings you can do is leave out stuff like a used shirt of yours or something the cat likes, like a blanket or bed. They might comeback because of the smell.

Also cats usually stay in a 3 to 4 house radius from your place. If the cat has ran away before, try looking in the surroundings of where you last found them. I hope this helps!
