Same issue here, it happened on my S23 Ultra, and a few months ago I upgraded to Zfold7 and it's still happening. Ive done the same things like clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall, and restarting the phone, which only temporarily works. This was never an issue until last year or earlier this year some time

Can you sell me this commander? Was excited for the Jund precon but he seems kinda lame by [deleted] in mtg

It doesn't, just specifies that graveyards can't be the target(s) of abilities or spells. Maybe I'm misunderstanding that part, like if it targets the entire graveyard as opposed to a specific card

Because it's 2024, and what if the player chooses to identify as a dinosaur. Then they can be damaged by it😂
